This invention relates to an oral immunotherapy (OIT) composition comprising granules that contain an allergenic protein, such as peanut protein, along with a humectant, such as trehalose, and a binder, such as hypromellose. The composition may further comprise a filler, such as mannitol and a lubricant, such as stearic acid.
