Lyophilized exosomes according to the present invention exhibit good properties for maintaining a porous sponge shape without forming ice crystals. In addition, the lyophilized exosomes according to the present invention, or compositions comprising same, can be applied to pharmaceutical compositions, external skin preparations, and cosmetic compositions.
