PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano film transfer sheet product which can be stored for a long period of time, can be very easily attached to skin, and is hardly conspicuous without feeling different when it is attached, and to provide a transfer method which anyone can transfer easily to a subject even after storage for a long period of time.SOLUTION: There are provided a nano film transfer sheet product including a permeable base material, a soluble support layer, and a nano film layer, and a method of producing the nano film transfer sheet product which packs the nano film transfer sheet with a steam barrier packing material with a water vapor permeation rate of 1.0 g/(m2 day) (temperature 40°C, humidity 90% RH) or less.
