PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorization filter for removing harmful gas such as ozone and VOC contained in an exhaust gas from an electric precipitation type air cleaner which has employed an electrification method by corona discharge, a copy machine, a printer, a multifunctional office automation equipment or the like, the deodorization filter having sufficient removal performance and having fire retardancy, water resistance and weather resistance.SOLUTION: The deodorization honeycomb filter is provided that is comprised of a gas absorbing sheet in which a metal oxide and/or inorganic physical absorbent is carried with a carrying binder on at least a one surface of a sheet substrate composed of an organic fiber material containing the organic fiber material or the inorganic physical absorbent.
