PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impregnated sheet-like cosmetic that has high adhesion feeling and suppresses peeling of the sheet during use.SOLUTION: In this sheet-like cosmetic, the sheet is impregnated with cosmetic. The sheet has characteristics of: (A) being nonwoven fabric made of 50-100 mass% of cotton (B) having weight per unit area os 60-100 g/m2 and (C) having porosity of 89-99%.
