PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defecation assisting/dissolving device capable of easily dissolving rigid excrement by water pressure by preventing a leading part to be inserted into the anus from directly touching the inner wall of the rectum and, even if touching, softly touching it, thereby eliminating any possibility of injury, and being safe by preventing the injection water from directly touching the rectum inner wall.SOLUTION: The defecation assisting/dissolving device includes: a defecation assist tool as precedence for dissolving/sucking the excrement water supply device for pumping liquid such as water to the defecation assist tool and a pneumatic suction device for applying suction force to the defecation assist tool. The defecation assist tool is formed by connecting a hard-plastic cylindrical orifice to a tip end of a suction disposal tube toward the pneumatic suction device. The cylindrical orifice has a water passage hole having a round tip edge and passing water from the water supply device, into a peripheral wall.
