PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact dissolving device which requires no electric circuit, operates at low cost and supplies an inorganic compound or the like, and to provide a device for supplying hot water including the same.SOLUTION: The dissolving device includes: a water circuit 15 and a casing body 13 for surrounding the inorganic compound 11 composed of powder or granules, or formed by mixing the powder and the granules. The dissolving device is configured to discharge the water containing the dissolved inorganic compound 11 from the water circuit 15.
