The device of the invention comprises a micro-endoscope (2) and a micromanipulator-type precision displacement system (3) (4). The micro-endoscope comprises a body, a very thin endoscopic probe (11) and an optical connection piece (12) connected to the body (8) by an optical conduit. The endoscopic probe (11) comprises a tubular sleeve or sheath which surrounds an illumination channel (16) and an image channel (17) containing very thin optical fibers (20), as well as an operating channel (18) serving the passage of instruments. These channels extend into the body of the micro-endoscope (2) and, for the illumination channel (16) and the image channel (17), to the optical connection piece (12) where they are respectively connected to a cold light source and a camera. This invention is of interest to human and veterinary medicine, as well as the corresponding scientific laboratory research.Le dispositif de l'invention comprend un micro-endoscope (2) et un système de déplacement de précision (3) de type micromanipulateur (4).
