[Solution] A massage machine has: a first air bag provided near a joint of a body and inflating in the direction in which the joint flexes； a second air bag provided at a different position from the first air bag； an air pump (50) for delivering air； a switching means for switching between a distribution mode in which air delivered from the air pump (50) is distributed to the first air bag and the second air bag and a concentration mode in which the air delivered from the air pump is concentrated on the first air bag； and a control unit (14) for controlling the air pump (50) and the switching means. The massage machine is characterized in that the control unit (14) controls the switching means to switch the mode of air delivery from the distribution mode to the concentration mode and perform a stretch massage.
