PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for stretching capable of providing a high stretching effect compared with a conventional configuration.SOLUTION: An air bag 6 is provided to a stretching part 3 that is curved and protruded in a mountain shape along a longitudinal direction so as to allow a conversion between a weakly curved state in which the air bag 6 is deflated and a strongly curved state in which the air bag 6 is inflated and the curvature is stronger than the weakly curved state. In a state that a part of a body is placed on the stretching part 3, air is supplied to the air bag 6 and the stretching part 3 is converted from the weakly curved state to the strongly curved state over time.
