The present invention relates to a rice pancake manufactured by using 12-grain nutrient powder and a method for manufacturing the same wherein, more particularly, the rice pancake is manufactured by mixing the 12-grain nutrient powder consisting of barely, soybeans, common rice, sticky rice, corns, whole wheat, adlay, sorghum, millet, sesame, peanuts, and wild sesame with black sugar, brown sugar, peanut powder, and sticky rice powder to produce a stuffing and then inserting the stuffing into dough made of white rice. The rice pancake is manufactured by using the 12-grain nutrient powder consisting of barely, soybeans, common rice, sticky rice, corns, whole wheat, adlay, sorghum, millet, sesame, peanuts, and wild sesame and thus can be eaten as a snack, which is a substitute for a meal. In addition, the rice pancake does not become hard for 3-4 hours after being cooked and thus can be conveniently eaten after time passes.본 발명은 12곡 영양곡물분을 이용한 쌀호떡 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 더욱 상세하게는, 보리, 대두, 맵쌀, 찹쌀, 옥수수, 통밀, 율무, 수수, 조, 참깨, 땅콩 및 들깨로 구성되어지는 12곡 영양곡물분을 흑설탕, 황설탕, 땅콩가루 및 찹쌀가루와 혼합하여 속고물로 제조한 후, 백미로 제조된 떡반죽에 투입하여 쌀호떡을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 12곡 영양곡물분을 이용한 쌀호떡 제조방법에 관한 것이다.또한, 본 발명에 의한 쌀호떡은 보리, 대두, 멥쌀, 찹쌀, 옥수수, 통밀, 율무, 수수, 조, 참깨, 땅콩 및 들깨로 이루어진 12곡 영양곡물분을 속고물로 사용하여 쌀호떡을 제조함으로써 한끼 식사 대용 간식으로 섭취할 수 있다.또한, 조리 후에도 3 ~ 4 시간 동안 굳지 않아 시간이 지난 후에도 간편하게 섭취할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
