PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return grains which are lifted by a grain-lifting device and are discharged from the grain-lifting device, to the grain-lifting device, by switching the grains to a sub-discharge path from a main discharge path during an interim between intermittent operations of post-stage processing device.SOLUTION: When a weight of grains in a flexible container bag H reaches a preset weight, a selector shutter 15 automatically closes the main discharge path 6A of a discharge pipe 6 by a solenoid 24, and, on the other hand, opens the sub-discharge path 6B of a branch pipe 7. Thus, since the grains lifted in the discharge pipe 6 is returned to a storage hopper 4 from the branch pipe 7, the grains in the discharge pipe 6 do not flow backward to a grain lifting cylinder body 3, the backward flow being caused by that the pipe 6 becomes filled with grains.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】後段処理装置の間欠的処理動作の合間に、揚穀装置から排出される穀粒を主送出流路から副送出流路に切り替えて、揚穀装置からの揚穀・排出穀粒を揚穀装置に返流できるようにする。【解決手段】フレキシブルコンテナバッグH内の穀粒が予め設定した重量に達すると、ソレノイド24によって、切替シャッター15が排出管6の主送出流路6Aを自動的に閉じる一方、分岐管7の副送出流路6Bを開く。これにより、排出管6内に揚穀される穀粒は分岐管7から貯留用ホッパー4へと戻されるため、排出管6内の穀粒が満杯となって揚穀筒体3に逆流しない。【選択図】 図1
