PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return lifted/discharged grain from a grain lift device to the grain lift device by changing a passage of the grain discharged from a grain lift device from a main outgoing passage to a sub outgoing passage during an interval of intermittent processing operation of a subsequent processing device.SOLUTION: When grain in a flexible container bag H reaches a preset weight, a changeover shutter 60 automatically closes a main outgoing passage A of a discharge pipe 26 by a solenoid 37, and concurrently opens a sub outgoing passage B of a branch pipe 27. Thereby, the grain lifted to the discharge pipe 26 is returned from the branch pipe 27 to a storage hopper 24 so as to prevent the grain inside the discharge pipe 26 from getting full and from counterflowing to a grain-lifting cylindrical body 23.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】後段処理装置の間欠的処理動作の合間に、揚穀装置から排出される穀粒を主送出流路から副送出流路に切り替えて、揚穀装置からの揚穀・排出穀粒を揚穀装置に返流できるようにする。【解決手段】フレキシブルコンテナバッグH内の穀粒が予め設定した重量に達すると、ソレノイド37によって、切替シャッター60が排出管26の主送出流路Aを自動的に閉じる一方、分岐管27の副送出流路Bを開く。これにより、排出管26内に揚穀される穀粒は分岐管27から貯留用ホッパー24へと戻されるため、排出管26内の穀粒が満杯となって揚穀筒体23に逆流しない。【選択図】 図1
