PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron capture therapy system capable of confirming whether or not a member is appropriately attached to a deceleration mechanism at a place away from the deceleration mechanism. SOLUTION: A neutron capture therapy system 1 detects a deceleration mechanism 53 for decelerating a neutron beam N, a target holder 55 attached to the deceleration mechanism 53, and a mounting position of a target holder 55 attached to the deceleration mechanism 53. It includes sensors s1 to s5, a position detection unit 59, and a notification unit 61 that displays information about the mounting position based on the mounting position of the target holder 55 detected by the position detecting unit 59.
