PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron capture therapy system capable of surely confirming that a correct collimator corresponding to a patient is attached when treating a patient. A neutron capture therapy system 1 is a neutron capture therapy system that irradiates a patient 40 with a therapeutic neutron beam N to treat the patient, and is a collimator equipped with a collimator 46 that defines an irradiation field of the therapeutic neutron beam N. The holder 45, the identification information reading unit 69 that reads the unique identification information given to the collimator 46 attached to the collimator holder 45, and the identification information read by the identification information reading unit 69 are applied to the patient 40 to be treated.
