A method for processing spermatic animal cells comprising the steps of: sorting the sperm cells in different populations of sperm cells based on one or more characteristics of the DNA specified by using a process flow cytometry comprising supplying a sample fluid containing the spermatic to a plurality of units of flow cytometry, where each of which is operable to classify the sperm cells according to said one or more characteristics of DNA and operate these units cells while an integrated platform that is shared comprises a common supply system for supplying the fluid fluid containing said sperm cells to said flow cytometry units and at least one of the following: (1) a common supply of sperm cells (2) a common source of electromagnetic radiation (3) a common housing (4) a common input for controlling operation of the units and (5) a common processor for receiving and processing information from the units 15 to permit evaluation of the operation of one unit relative to another unit and varying the speed with which the sample fluid is supplied to one or more of the units of flow cytometry as a function of at least one of the following: (1) the purity of a first population classified sperm cells having a characteristic of the desired DNA and (2) the amount of sperm cells having said desired DNA characteristic in a second sorted population.Un método para procesar células espermáticas animales que comprende los pasos de: clasificar las células espermáticas en diferentes poblaciones de células espermáticas en función de una o más características del ADN especificadas utilizando un proceso de citometría de flujo que comprende suministrar un fluido de muestra que contiene las células espermáticas a una pluralidad de unidades de citometría de flujo, donde cada una de las cuales se puede operar para clasificar las células espermáticas en función de dicha una o más características del ADN y operar dichas unidades a la vez que se comparte una plataforma integrada que comprend
