PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored cataplasma which contains a homogeneously colored water-containing gel and does not color a skin.SOLUTION: The colored cataplasma that characteristically has a water- containing gel layer, which contains an organic pigment, and a base material layer. In this case, it is preferable that an average particle size of the organic pigment is at most 50 &mum and its maximum particle size is at most 90 &mum. When the organic pigment is dispersed in the water-containing gel, it is preliminarily dispersed in a dispersant selected from a monohydric alcohol, polyhydric alcohol, fatty acid, fatty acid salt, surfactant and water-absorbing polymer aqueous solution and then mixed with the water-containing gel. Thus, the homogeneously colored gel is obtained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 皮膚染着性がない、均一に着色された含水ゲルを有する着色貼付剤を提供する。【解決手段】 有機顔料を含有する含水ゲル層及び支持体層を有することを特徴とする着色貼付剤。この場合、有機顔料の平均粒子径が50μm以下であり、かつ有機顔料の最大粒子径が90μm以下であることが好ましい。また、有機顔料を含水ゲルに分散させる場合は、予め有機顔料を一価アルコール、多価アルコール、脂肪酸、脂肪酸塩、界面活性剤及び吸水性高分子水溶液から選ばれる分散媒に分散させてから含水ゲルに配合することにより、特に均一な着色ゲルが得られる。
