The invention relates to a food defrosting tray (1) which comprises a tray body (2) adapted to support a foodstuff (F) and comprising a plurality of spaced thermally conductive blades (21), a plurality of first and second sheaths (3, 3a) and two connections (4). Each of the first and second sleeves (3, 3a) includes an inner end (30) having a coupling slot (31) and an outer end (33) having a through hole (321). The coupling slots (31) of the first and second sleeves (3, 3a) respectively cover the first and second ends (211, 212) of the blades (21). The connectors (4) penetrate the through holes (321) of the first and second sleeves (3, 3a) to connect the blades (21). The tray body (2) can be folded or wound for better contact between the tray body (2) and the food (F) and for a preferable defrosting effect.
