PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument that is inserted to a pair of forceps of an endoscope and used for the purpose of sticking a covering material on the affected part in the body and that facilitates spreading the covering material including a large sized.SOLUTION: In the treatment instrument 1 of this invention, one end Ha of a covering material H is held between a thick part 5a of a first bar 5 and a first ring member 7, and the other end Hb of the covering material H is held between a thick part 6a of a second bar 6 and the first ring member 7. In this state, by advancing a wire 3 and moving the first bar 5 to one side, the holding of the one end Ha of the covering material H is released. Also, with the first bar 5 extended to one side from the second bar 6, the covering material H can be spread out. Thereafter, by advancing an inside cylinder 3 and moving the second bar 6 to one side, the holding of the other end Hb of the covering material H is released, thereby making it possible to separate the covering material H from the first bar 5 and the second bar 6.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】内視鏡の鉗子ポートに挿入されて体内の患部に被覆材を貼り付けるために使用される処置具であって、被覆材を容易に広げることができ、また、大きな寸法の被覆材を広げることが可能な処置具を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る処置具1では、被覆材Hの一端Haが、第1棒材5の厚肉部5aと第1リング部材7との間に挟み込まれ、被覆材Hの他端Hbが、第2棒材6の厚肉部6aと第1リング部材7との間に挟み込まれた状態で、ワイヤ3を前進させて、第1棒材5を一方側に移動させることで、被覆材Hの一端Haの挟み込みを解除するとともに、第2棒材6よりも一方側に延び出た第1棒材5によって、被覆材Hを押し延ばすことが可能であり、この後、内側筒3を前進させて、第2棒材6を一方側に移動させることで、被覆材Hの他端Hbの挟み込みを解除して、被覆材Hを第1棒材5及び第2棒材6から分離させることが可能である。【選択図】図1
