The present invention relates to a lactic acid bacterium composition enabling identification of fermentation state with naked eyes. Commercially manufactured probiotics released in the market include strains as organisms while not perfectly sterilized as sterilized milk and thus have limitations on distribution and storage. Specifically, lactic acid bacteria produce lactic acid as a metabolic product and hence cause changes in acidity in a probiotics agent due to proliferation or metabolic activities during distribution and storage. Therefore, the present invention relates to a lactic acid bacterium composition enabling identification of a fermentation state with naked eyes. According to the present invention, the lactic acid bacterium composition includes an edible indicator sensitive to changes in acidity within a metabolic range of lactic acid bacteria to easily check the fermentation state of lactic acid bacteria in probiotics and thus can be greatly used in related food/medicine fields.
