PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve moisture desorption characteristics together with sweat absorption performance in a disposable diaper.
SOLUTION: A sweat absorption/moisture desorption sheet 20 alternately includes in the width direction: fixed parts 20F which are fixed onto the inner surface of the diaper and arranged in an upper side part excluding at least a lower end part and non-fixed parts 20N which are not fixed onto the inner surface. The maximum interval of the fixed parts 20F adjacently arranged in the width direction is made to be 1/10-1/3 of the width direction length 20W in the sweat absorption/moisture desorption sheet 20. The whole area of the fixed parts 20F is made to be 10-50% of the whole area of the sweat absorption/moisture desorption sheet 20. The non-fixed parts 20F are formed to continue till the upper end of the sweat absorption/moisture desorption sheet 20.
