PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper for preventing leakage to the back, which improves moisture desorption performance together with sweat absorption performance.SOLUTION: A sweat absorption/moisture desorption sheet 20 includes in the upper side part excluding at least a lower end part alternately in the width direction: fixed parts 20F which are fixed to the inner surface of the diaper and non-fixed parts 20N which are not fixed to the inner surface. The maximum interval of the fixed parts 20F adjacently arranged in the width direction is 1/10-1/3 of the width direction length 20W in the sweat absorption/moisture desorption sheet 20. The whole area of the fixed parts 20F is 10-50% of the whole area of the sweat absorption/moisture desorption sheet 20. The non-fixed parts 20N are formed to be continued up to the upper end of the sweat absorption/moisture desorption sheet 20. The lower end part of the sweat absorption/moisture desorption sheet 20 is continuously fixed along the width direction.
