The primary and secondary fillings (32 34) are co extruded with an extrusion nozzle (109) for the secondary filling (34) being located directly adjacent an extrusion port (105 106) for the primary filling (32). The primary filling (32) is non flowable while the secondary filling (34) is preferably flowable. The extrusion nozzle (109) can be repositioned either between or during extrusion operations to alter a repeating pattern for the secondary filling (34).
