The invention relates to a composite dressing for treating skin diseases and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the dressing consists of 40...70% collagen gel type I having an average molecular weight of 300...350 kDa, 10...30% chondroitin sulphate having an average molecular weight of 10...30 kDa, 10...25% hydroalcoholic extract of wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) containing 5...60 mg/ml polyphenols, 1...10 mg/ml polysaccharides and 0.05...1% riboflavin. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists in mixing 70...90 parts of composition consisting of a viscous solution of collagen type I and aqueous solution of chondroitin sulphate, with 30...10 parts of composition consisting of hydroalcoholic wormwood extract, at the ambient temperature, for 20...60 min, the mixture being then reticulated with 5...10 parts of riboflavin and conditioned as a biocompatible dressing.Invenţia se referă la un pansament compozit pentru tratarea unor afecţiuni cutanate, şi la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acestuia. Pansamentul conform invenţiei este constituit din 40...70% gel de colagen tip I cu greutatea moleculară medie 300...350 kDa, 10...30% condroitin sulfat cu greutatea moleculară medie 10...30 kDa, 10...25% extract hidroalcoolic de pelinconţinând 5...60 mg/ml polifenoli, 1...10 mg/ml polizaharide şi 0,05...1% riboflavină. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în amestecarea a 70...90 părţi compoziţie formată din soluţie vâscoasă de colagen tip I şi soluţie apoasă de condroitin sulfat, cu 30...10 părţi compoziţie formată din extract hidroalcoolic de pelin, la temperatura camerei, timp de 20...60 min, amestecul se reticulează cu 5...10 părţi riboflavină şi se condiţionează sub formă de pansament biocompatibil.
