<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic measurement instrument capable of accurately obtaining a real distance on the fundus and easily calculating the real distance even when a fundus camera or a model eye is changed. <;P>;SOLUTION: The ophthalmic measurement instrument is provided with an input means for inputting the fundus image obtained by a fundus photography device having a photography optical system and at least one out of diopter scale, optic axis length, and corneal curvature as optical characteristic information on a fundus image obtained by a fundus photography device having an photography optical system and an eye to be tested, and measures the real distance on the fundus from the input information. The apparatus is provided with: a storage means for storing a scale variable of the photography optical system related to the diopter scale of the eye to be tested; and an operating means for obtaining photography magnitude of the fundus image on the basis of the scale variable and a distance (object distance) from a fundus side main point of the eye to be tested to the fundus and operating the real distance of the fundus of the fundus image on the basis of the obtained photography magnitude. The operating means obtains the object distance on the basis of an image forming relation equation related to the object distance led by an eye optical system model separating a lens refractive power and a corneal refractive power and the inputted photographic characteristic information. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
