Disclosed is an animal and bird repellent which is prepared by having predatory animal&primes urine absorbed in an absorbent, and coating the dried predatory animal&primes urine absorbent with paraffin so as to address pre-existing problems of predatory animal&primes urine being vulnerable to moisture or excessively unsanitary. According to the present invention, the predatory animal&primes urine is absorbed once or more by absorbents such as crushed wood material, wood powder, pellets, fibers, papers, hay, leaves, stones, sands, pebbles, soil, pearlite, grains, sawdust, wood chips, animal hairs, coal briquette ashes, artificial stones, and artificial woods, the predatory animal&primes urine absorbent is dried to a water content of about 10-25%, and then a paraffin solution is adsorbed to the dried predatory animal&primes urine absorbent to form a coating portion of the predatory animal&primes urine absorbent in a thickness of 0.01-0.3 mm. In the animal and bird repellent prepared by having the predatory animal&primes urine absorbent coated with paraffin according to the present invention, the odor of the predatory animal&primes urine, which is released from the predatory animal&primes urine absorbent inside the paraffin coating portion, is released gradually over a long period of time by paraffin, and is prevented from being dissipated by water such as rain, snow, and moisture, and thus the repellent of the present invention can be provided as an animal and bird repellent to be used indoor or on farmland regardless of weather conditions.
