The present invention provides a muscle patch with temperature or time sensing and recognition capable of sensing the ambient effect. The muscle patch with temperature or time sensing and recognition comprises a muscle patch unit and a color-changeable coating unit. The muscle patch unit comprises an adhesive surface formed on one side and an outer surface formed on the other side. The color-changeable coating unit is formed on the outer surface and may be affected by the external environment to change color.
