An intelligent and automatic pill dispenser device is developed in this invention to achieve remote monitoring, pill reminding, and pill medication managing. This device contains a remote monitoring unit, a central control unit, a monitor, a speaker, an interface control unit, a stepping motor driver, a stepping motor, a pill dispenser, a pill exit, a pill cup, an optical sensor, and a signal amplifier.The main purpose of this invention is to utilize the central control unit to drive the stepping motor driver via the interface control unit. Then the stepping motor will rotate and move the pill dispenser to specified angle at any specified pill time. Meanwhile, the pills placed at any specified angle of the pill dispenser will flow into the pill cup. At the same time, the central control unit reminds the patient to take the dose at the pill time and takes down the time when the dose is taken exploiting the optical sensor placed below the pill cup.
