A rollover monitoring device includes an RFID tag unit, a reader and a rollover monitor. The reader can drive the RFID tag unit not shielded by the user to send an identification signal. The rollover monitor includes a recording unit, a rollover monitoring unit and a reminding unit. The recording unit records the reading time of each identification signal, and the turning monitoring unit receives the reading time. And analyzing all the reading times recorded by the recording unit for the RFID tag, and when the time when the RFID tag is in the blocked state or the unmasked exposed state exceeds the scheduling time, the reminding unit is driven to issue the rollover reminding message.
