The present invention relates to a cleaner for a medical device, the cleaner comprising: a cleaner main body having a space part therein and a supply chamber part disposed on one side of the cleaner main body and having, on one end, a supply hole for supplying a cleaning means from the outside, and on the other end, a discharge hole for supplying the space part with the cleaning means supplied through the supply hole, wherein a first supply pipe, a second supply pipe, and a third supply pipe through which different cleaning means are supplied are provided in the supply hole of the supply chamber part, a first flow path, a second flow path, and a third flow path, which are connected to the first to third supply pipes, respectively, are formed inside the supply chamber part, the first flow path extends in a different direction to the second and third flow paths and is connected to the first supply pipe, the different cleaning means flowing through the first to third flow paths are guided to a boundary part for dividing the inside of the supply chamber part into upper and lower portions, and then are simultaneously mixed in the upper portion of the boundary part or selectively flow to the discharge hole.
