The invention concerns a device (1) for cleaning a hearing aid by contact with a liquid, the cleaning device (1) comprising a cleaning cavity (3) suitable for receiving the end piece of said hearing aid and that is provided, at the bottom of same, with an opening for discharging the liquid. According to the invention, the cleaning cavity (3) is delimited laterally by an inner skin surrounded by an outer skin, the outer skin comprising means for injecting the liquid while the inner skin delimits, at the base of same, an opening overhanging the bottom and allowing the liquid to pass into the cleaning cavity (3). The invention also concerns an assembly comprising the cleaning device (1) and a reloading unit (9), the reloading unit (9) being suitable for filling a tank (5) of the cleaning device (1).L'invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage (1) d'une prothèse auditive par effleurement d'un liquide, le dispositif de nettoyage (1) comprenant une cavité de nettoyage (3) adaptée à recevoir l'embout de ladite prothèse et qui est équipée en son fond d'un orifice d'évacuation du liquide. L'invention concerne également un ensemble comprenant le dispositif de nettoyage (1) et une unité de rechargement (9), l'unité de rechargement (9) étant adaptée à remplir un réservoir (5) du dispositif de nettoyage (1).
