The present invention relates to a thread injector for extending and retracting tissues, which is a device in which a thread and an injector are integrated by mounting a fixing ring on the surface of a thread insertion tube and fixing the exposed thread. The speed and the accuracy of a procedure are enhanced because threads are inserted to the thread insertion tube in constant lengths. The thread injector enables direct transformation of thread-inserted skin using hands by the insertion of the thread with protrusions formed in the same direction. Thread for extending and retracting tissues of the present invention comprises: an insertion part which is inserted to the inside of the insertion tube for skin injection and has a diagonal first molding protrusion on the surface thereof； and an exposure part which is exposed to the outside of the insertion tube for skin injection and has a diagonal second molding protrusion formed in the same direction as the first molding protrusion. When the thread is inserted to skin in a U-shape, the first and second molding protrusions are placed in opposite directions. The diagonal direction of the second molding protrusion and the injection direction of the insertion tube for skin injection are placed in opposite directions.
