A perforated tube (5) fitted with injectors (6) is placed between the two plastic sheets. Pump (11) transfers the water to be evaporated in the perforated pipe and at the same time an air compressor (9) supplies pressurized air into the perforated tube. The water passes through the injectors and diffuses in the form of a cloud in the space between the two plastic sheets. The high temperature between the plastic sheets and the air flow created by the fans, evaporate the water and the vapors escape to the environment. A PLC controls the conditions prevailing in the system and appropriately modifies the operation of the fans and pumps.
