PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing system for a tasty sea salt in which the mineral components are remained in a natural state by evaporating water in sea water.SOLUTION: The manufacturing system for sea salt comprises a sea water concentrating means to concentrate sea water by air flow evaporation where the sea water is rained from the upper part of a plurality of radial evaporating elements hanging at the inside ceiling of a structure, on the side wall of which the plurality of blowholes are attached, a sea water recycling means to recycle the concentrated sea water up to be constant concentration and a evaporating means to crystallize the salt by evaporating water in the concentrated sea water. The sunlight evaporation which utilizes a roof is assembled as the evaporating means. The plurality of evaporating kettles for concentration are installed stepwise in the evaporating means which uses a heating evaporation apparatus. The evaporating kettles for crystallization has a recessed groove on its outer periphery.COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO【課題】 海水中の水分を蒸発させて塩を製造するための製造システムにおいて、海水中のミネラル分を自然の状態のままに残した、美味しい海塩を製造するための海塩製造システムを提供する。【解決手段】 天井を有し、側壁部に多数の通風口が設けられた建造物の内天井部に、多数の放射状蒸発体を吊り下げ、該放射状蒸発体の上部から海水を降り注ぎ、通風により蒸発濃縮させる海水濃縮手段と、該海水濃縮手段により濃縮された海水を塩分濃度が一定の濃度となるまで処理海水を循環させるための海水循環手段と、濃縮された海水中の水分を蒸発させて結晶化させる蒸発手段とからなる海塩製造システムを構成する。また、蒸発手段に屋上を活用した天日蒸発手段を設けた。また、加熱蒸発装置による蒸発手段において、濃縮用蒸発釜を複数、階段状に設け、結晶用蒸発釜の外周部に凹状溝を設けた。
