PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle coming-off detection device which can detect the state of a puncture needle in the middle of coming-off.SOLUTION: A needle coming-off detection device includes: an ultrasonic probe 7 which transmits an ultrasonic wave 25 to a puncture needle 3 inserted into a blood vessel 2 and receives the ultrasonic wave 25 reflected with the puncture needle 3 and a determination part which analyzes needle signal strength 38 outputted by the ultrasonic probe 7 and determines the state of the puncture needle 3 in the blood vessel 2.
