PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective suppression of an increase in internal pressure of an aneurysm, and to reduce the influence on surrounding tissue.SOLUTION: A device assembly 10 for aneurysm treatment includes a puncture device 12 which comprises a storage lumen 14 and a puncture part 16, and an indwelling device 18 which comprises a shaft 20 housed in the puncture device 12 and an indwelling member 21. The indwelling member 21 comprises a first clip 22 which is locked to a first downstream-side blood vessel 104, a second clip 26 which is locked to a second downstream-side blood vessel 106, and an intermediate part 24a which connects the first and second clips 22 and 26 to each other.
