PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cut part of a blood vessel from shrinking and being buried in a tissue, during cut of a blood vessel regardless of thickness of a blood vessel.SOLUTION: A prevention tool 1 for preventing a blood vessel cut in a surgical operation from being buried in a tissue is provided. The prevention tool 1 for preventing a blood vessel from being buried comprises: a columnar body part 2 an acute stabbing part 3 formed on a tip end of the body part 2 for stabbing a blood vessel in a penetrating state and a return part 5 which protrudes outward of a peripheral face of the body part 2 in a width direction in a state of being continuous to a base end of the stabbing part 3, and prevents slip-out of the penetrated blood vessel. The stabbed and penetrated blood vessel by the stabbing part 3 is penetrated over the return part 5 and made reach the body part 2, in which the blood vessel is penetrated in a skewer state, so that the prevention tool 1 serves as a flange, so that the blood vessel is prevented from being buried in a tissue.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】血管を切断する際に血管の切断部分が収縮して組織内に埋没してしまうのを、血管の太さに関係なく防止することができるようにする。【解決手段】手術により切断された血管が組織内に没入するのを防止するための血管埋没防止具1であって、該血管埋没防止具1は、柱状の本体部2と、血管に貫通状に穿刺するため本体部2の先端に形成される尖鋭状の穿刺部3と、該穿刺部3基端から続く状態で本体部2の周面よりも幅方向外方に突出していて前記貫通した血管が抜け出るのを防止するための返し部5とを備えていて、血管に対し穿刺部3で穿刺貫通したものを返し部5を越えて本体部2に至るよう串刺し状に貫通させることで血管埋没防止具1が鍔としての機能を発揮し血管の組織内への埋没を防止するように構成する。【選択図】図2
