PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic cassette capable of performing stable wireless communication regardless of a usage environment. SOLUTION: A housing 16 of an electronic cassette 10 is formed between a side surface 23 and a back surface 21, and has an inclined surface 65 inclined with respect to the side surface 23 and the back surface 21. An antenna opening 66 for transmitting radio wave EW is formed on the inclined surface 65. Since the opening 66 for the antenna is formed on the inclined surface 65, it is not blocked by the holders 47A of the standing shooting table 46A and the back plates 49A and 49B of the holders 47B of the standing shooting table 46B, and is outside. It is not blocked by the side plate portion 59 of the attachment grid 55. Stable wireless communication can be performed even when the electronic cassette 10 is set in the holders 47A and 47B or when the external grid 55 is attached to the electronic cassette 10.
