PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrating system which has a structure suitable for use in a restaurant, a small-scale shop and a household.SOLUTION: A concentrating system 1 which concentrates food F by heating comprises: a container 10 which stores the food F and can be sealed a temperature increasing device 20 which increases a temperature of the container 10 a decompression device 30 which reduces pressure of an interior 10A of the container 10 and a control device 40 which controls the temperature increasing device 20 and the decompression device 30. The container 10 has an exhaust section 50 which exhausts gas out of the interior 10A thereof. The decompression device 30 can be attached to and detached from the exhaust section 50. The control device 40 is adapted to execute a concentration operation mode to concentrate the food F by heating the same through control of the temperature increasing device 20 and the decompression device 30 in a manner that increases the temperature of the container 10 with the interior 10A of the container 10 decompressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
