The moving member is formed with a second holding part for holding the other side of the needle holder. An open end of the first holding part on the lid side is deviated toward the first holding part with respect to a reference center axis line L that passes through the center P of a syringe needle holding part in the holding position state and that is substantially perpendicular to a slide-moving direction of the moving member.
