The present invention relates to a device for cutting, separating and discharging a syringe. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for cutting, separating and discharging a syringe comprises: an input member formed to allow the input of a syringe through an internal space； a main body composed of an upper shell which includes a first long hole, a lower shell which is combined with the upper shell and includes a second long hole communicating with the first long hole, a transfer unit which moves a linear direction through the first and second long holes, and transfers the input member back and forth, and a drive unit which moves the transfer unit； an integrated cover composed of a cover body which is placed in the lower part of the main body and is formed to be combined with the main body, a cutting edge which is included in the cover body in order to cut a needle part of the syringe during forward transfer of the input member, and a positioning slit which has a shape for penetrating the needle part of the syringe inputted through the input member, and guides the transfer direction of the needle part in a crossing direction to the cutting edge so that the needle part can be cut by the cutting edge during the forward transfer of the input member； and a damage waste container combined with the integrated cover since the integrated cover covers the open upper part of the damage waste container, and having an internal closed space for dropping the cut needle part and accommodating the same.
