This utility model relates to the process of making value-added biscuit from shrimp antennae as a healthy and nutritious meal. A process of making value-added biscuit from shrimp antennae, comprising of the following steps: (1) collection of shrimp wastes, (2) washing of the shrimp wastes, removing mixtures, (3) drying the shrimp wastes under the heat of the sun, (4) toasting the shrimp wastes in a pan using a stove or firewood's, (5) pulverizing the shrimp wastes using a grinder, (6) sieving the pulverized particle, (7) storing the powdered shrimp wastes, (8) preparing the ingredients for making the biscuit. (9) mixing of dough with the shrimp powder with additives like salts, etc., (10) panning the mixed dough and shrimp powder. (11) baking of the panned mixture in an oven, (12) cooling of the baked product, and (13) packaging using a sealer. It is recommended that consumption of the biscuit should not exceed 5 days after baking.
