SOLUTION: A rotation angle signal select part 226 extracts only a rotation angle signal within a preset angle range from a rotation angle detecting part 24b when the angle range is set according to the control of a control part 225 based on a setting signal from an information input part 228. An A/D conversion part 221 performs A/D conversion for an interference signal in a measuring range only when a selection pulse 226a is input from the rotation angle signal select part 226. The control part 225 causes a data record control part 222 to record the interference signal in the measuring range digitized in the A/D conversion part 221 in a data record part 227.
