Arrangement for detection and documentation of count, direction, speed, size and type of aquatic organisms i.e. fishes, in fish control station, has lights working in range of infrared light, and image formed on reference surface
The arrangement has a tunnel (1) for limitation of horizontal and vertical freedom of movement of aquatic organisms. A transparent area (4) is formed in a ceiling (2) and a side wall (3) of the tunnel. A camera (5) is arranged at a distance to the side wall with the transparent area outside the tunnel. A reflecting surface is illuminated as a reference surface (9). Lights i.e. LEDs, are arranged at the reference surface on longitudinal edge and/or front ends. The lights work in a wavelength range of infrared light. A lattice or raster image is formed on the reference surface. The reflecting surface is formed by an organic LED-surface. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for detection and documentation of count, movement, size and type of floating and non-floating aquatic organisms.
