The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a compound of formula (V), in particular posaconazole, wherein said process comprises the steps of (1) providing a mixture comprising a compound of formula (IV), a protic solvent system, and a suitable base； and (2) heating the mixture of (1) to obtain a mixture comprising the compound of formula (V).La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation d'un composé de formule (V), en particulier le posaconazole, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes de (1) production d'un mélange comprenant un composé de formule (IV), un système de solvant protique, et une base adaptée ； et (2) le chauffage du mélange de (1) pour obtenir un mélange comprenant le composé de formule (V).
