PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information acquisition device capable of highly accurately imaging a position and a dimension of an absorber.SOLUTION: A biological information acquisition device includes: an acoustic wave detector in which a plurality of elements for detecting an acoustic wave generated by the irradiation of light to a subject and converting it to an electric signal are aligned movement control means for moving the acoustic wave detector and a signal processing device for reconfiguring a biological information image based on the electric signal. The acoustic wave detector detects an acoustic wave at a first position.
