PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion between an electrode and a neck.SOLUTION: A living body measurement device comprises: a flexible support part 22 for surrounding a surrounding of a neck 2 and whose end parts 21A, 21B are opened electrode holding parts 30A, 30B which are respectively supported rotatably on one end part 21A and the other end part 21B of the flexible support part 22 and first electrodes 32A, 32B and second electrodes 34A, 34B which are included in the electrode holding parts 30A, 30B respectively, and arranged in a separated state.
