The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a surface fruit slices ice product, which comprises a film filling step, a slicing step, a dispensing step, a material filling step, and a solidifying step. The method of the present invention is provided with an automatic device which can provide various devices to accomplish each of the steps, the slicing step is accomplished through a slicing member to cut fruits into fruit slices, the dispensing step is accomplished through a dispensing member to place the cut fruit slices into a food container, and to place the food container containing the fruit slices in a brine tank until the fruit slices are solidified into an ice product, the surface fruit slices ice product is thus completed. The method for manufacturing the surface fruit slices ice product is combined with an automatic device, which smoothly integrates each step to save manpower and to improve production efficiency. In addition, the flow processes in the manufacturing process are fixed and standardized to maintain a stable quality.本創作係一種表層果片冰品的製造方法,其包含一填膜步驟、一切片步驟、一投放步驟、一填料步驟及一結固步驟,有一自動化裝置可提供各種裝置完成各步驟之作業,透過一切片組件完成該切片步驟,將水果切成水果切片,透過一投放組件完成該投放步驟,將切好的水果切片投放進一食品容器,將裝有該水果切片的食品容器放入一滷水槽直到結固變成冰品,即完成表層果片冰品,該表層果片冰品的製造方法配合自動化裝置讓各步驟順利接軌,可節省人力並提高生產效率,並且於製造過程都是固定且標準化的流程,以維持穩定品質。
