Disclosed is the use of five normal bases in humans for preparation of tumour drugs including using the five normal bases in the field of tumour treatment, making same into oral formulations, injections, sustained-release formulations or targeted formulations, and by comparing with the anti-tumour effect of the corresponding standard, it has been demonstrated that the five normal bases involved in the metabolism of the body will have varying degrees of inducing tumour cell apoptosis and anti-angiogenic effects when reaching a certain concentration in vivo or in vitro. The advantages of the present invention are: comparing the five bases with other anti-tumour drugs, the five bases have a broad spectrum and a low toxicity anti-tumour effect, the greatest advantage of which is the absence of a cytotoxicity effect. The five bases can be used in the treatment of malignant tumour such as gastric cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer and reproductive system cancer etc. the anti-tumour effects thereof are obvious conventional dosage is without bone marrow suppression and vital organic damage and compared with normal nucleosides, the anti-tumour effects thereof are enhanced.Linvention concerne lutilisation de cinq bases normales chez lhomme pour la préparation de médicaments antitumoraux, qui comprend lutilisation des cinq bases normales dans le domaine du traitement des tumeurs, la transformation de celles-ci en des formulations orales, des injections, des formulations à libération prolongée ou des formulations ciblées.
