The present disclosure provides, inter alia, methods for treating an individual in need of an organ transplantation, such as a renal transplantation, by administering to the individual an effective amount of a type II anti-CD20 antibody before, concurrently with, and/or after the transplantation. In some embodiments, the methods may reduce alloantibodies, Panel Reactive Antibodies (PRA), and/or risk of graft rejection.
